CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY EFFECTIVE FOR 2016.

Angelbows Dancewear is about saving your studio and your parent’s money.This can only be achieved by saving us time. Time is money.

SAMPLES – WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING SAMPLES.

NO RETURNS FOR ANY CLEARANCE ITEMS ALLOWED

NO RETURNS FOR ANY ITEMS SOLD LESS THAN $10.
In and ongoing effort to keep the prices as low as possible, instead of increasing our prices to cover increasing costs, we have decided to cut the items priced under $10 from the return/credits policy. Therefore, we recommend allowing time to purchase samples. We also have a new size chart and ask you to refer to it more regularly.

CREDITS -
If you make a purchase over $10 and you are not happy, contact us within 7 days of receipt, with the details for return. Return your purchase within 14 days. You will receive a credit.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE OFFERED IF THE GARMENT IS FAULTY OR NOT AVAILABLE.

NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED IF A SAMPLE WAS NOT PURCHASED.

RESTOCKING AND SERVICE FEES APPLICABLE

We are happy to accept back returns for a credit on unused items.

All items being returned must be thoroughly checked by our staff for damage, rebagged, restocked, re-entered to our database, re-invoiced and email the credit to the customer. This all takes time. This fee is now applicable so that we may continue to keep the original selling prices as low as possible, rather than a price increase across the entire range.

  1. A COPY OF THE INVOICE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH THE RETURNS
  2. $2 RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO EVERY ITEM OVER $10
  3. ITEMS UNDER $10 MAY NOT BE RETURNED
  4. $5 WASHING FEE if goods are dirty or smell of cigarette fumes
  5. $2 RELABELLING FEE IF LABELS REMOVED OR WRITTEN NAMES ON.
We know that all customers wish to receive samples in excellent condition and therefore we need to receive any returned samples in excellent condition. Samples used for sizing your students, become part of your order if you choose that design.

All returns must be received before December 31st.

GOODS PURCHASED BEFORE JUNE – if your concert is mid year, returns must be returned within one month so we may sell them in the current season.

GOODS DAMAGED -
It is not possible to check every item that passes through our warehouse. Please advise of any damaged goods within 7-10 days of receipt, we will exchange them. We will not exchange them 3 months after receipt.

Credits are a courtesy we extend to our customers, please do not abuse it.
